For a long time, money was treated like a topic you only talked about when something went wrong.
A bill was due. A payment was late. Someone needed advice. Suddenly, everyone started talking about money.
But outside those moments? Silence.
Most of us grew up hearing the same financial advice over and over again: save your money, spend less, get a stable job, and avoid unnecessary risks. The advice wasn’t necessarily wrong, but the way money was explained made it feel distant, complicated, and honestly… boring.
And that’s the problem.
Money is one of the biggest parts of our everyday lives, yet many people feel like they were never actually taught how it works.
Gen Z is entering a world where money looks completely different.
The traditional path of graduating, getting one stable job, and following the same career route for decades is no longer the only option. Today, people are exploring freelancing, entrepreneurship, investing, digital careers, and building income streams online.
At the same time, the financial world has become more complicated.
Prices are changing. The cost of living is rising. New financial tools appear every day. Everyone has an opinion about money online.
So the question is no longer just:
“How do I make more money?”
It has become:
“How do I understand money enough to make better decisions?”
A lot of people avoid learning about money because they assume it requires complicated terms, expensive courses, or expert-level knowledge.
But money is not only about numbers.
Money is connected to choices.
It is the decision behind buying something you want today versus saving for something bigger tomorrow. It is the confidence to start a project, negotiate your worth, or understand where your income actually goes.
The goal isn’t to turn everyone into a financial expert.
The goal is to make people feel comfortable enough to start the conversation.
